To study your natal chart (also called birth chart), I will use the resources offered by astro-psychology as inspired by Carl Jung.
A birth chart is like an astrological photo of your birth.
It tells us about the celestial energies present at your birth and how they influence you psychologically.
These energies can be conscious and/or repressed within you.
A reading session is a moment of exchange between an astro-therapist and a consultant.
The astro-therapist’s mission is to decipher the psychological language of each celestial body present in your natal chart and to understand how these archetypal characters who make up your inner Self can accompany you in the different areas of your life.
It is not about predicting your future (astro-therapy is not predictive, it is psychological).
We explore, we assess, we try to understand (ourselves) in order to accept ourselves entirely.
We are not here to find culprits “Oh, I’m unhappy, it’s all Saturn’s fault!” but rather to take responsibility for the evolution of our personality “Oh, that’s interesting, I often feel in contradiction between my need for legitimacy and my desire for action and I see that Saturn and Mars are in tension How could we reconcile them and allow them to cooperate better?
The astro-therapist offers clues and avenues of exploration to re-establish the communication between these inner characters.
The planets & luminaries are really just an excuse to better discover and accept the different aspects of one’s personality.
The natal chart is a portrait at a given moment, that of your birth.
Of course, your natal chart does not tell us what you have done with these energies, how you have evolved with all this since your birth.
It is together that we discover this. 🙂
